Awareness Program on Co operative Movement at Harangajao

HARANGAJAO, September 2: To implement the Govt. initiative for 100 days programme, the Dima Hasao Co operative Deptt. organized an awareness programme on Co operative Movement here at  Harangajao Lamp Co operative Society Ltd. under Harangajao Block on 26th August from 9a.m. onwards, reports  in a press release by the Asstt. Registrar of Co op. Societies, Haflong.
 The meeting was attended bymasses, share holders, M.C.Members, Gaon Burahs of Harangajao Lamp Co operative areas.
The meeting was also graced by chitto Barthakur, Branch Manager, Assam Coop Apex Bank and Co operative Officials of Dima Hasao district.

The officials of Co op. Deptt explained to the participants about the procedure and benefits of formation of different types of Co p. Society for betterment of their Socio-Economis life.
The Branch Manager, Apex Bank, Haflong explained about the procedure of loan and especially the KCC loan for the farmers and other people.
The Chairman of Harangajao Lamp D.L.Bathari, the member of society and Maujadar L.K.Hapila, Tinpao Faihriem of Ditokcherra, Huopa Parate GB of Boro Muolkoi village and Dinesh Phonglo Harangajao BJP President also participated in the discusssion.
The meeting was successfully concluded and it was observed and seen that the people are very enthusiastic to form co op society in the areafor their better future.
