Haflong, April 27: A new 10 beded Primary Health Centre was Inaugurated by Debolal Gorlosa, CEM, N.C. Hills Autonomous Council, Haflong. In presence of Samuel Changsan, EM i/c Medical etc. And the Biswajit Daulagupu local EM, N.C. Hills Autonomous Council, Haflong. The programme was inaugurated by Medical and Health services-cum-NHM, department Dima Hasao. The estimated cost of the construction the Primary Health Centre including 4(four) residential staff quarters is 1.30 crore.
After the formal celebration like welcome address, gamocha felicitation, cutting of ribbon and cracking of coconut, lightening of Lamps etc. Samuel Changsan, EM N.C. Hills Autonomous Council, in his speech at length, described the inauguration day as auspicious one because of the day for converting the long awaited demand of the people of the area into reality in such a bordering rural far –flung area. He hoped that the Primary Health Centre would surely benefitted for all the areas along with the K.K. road especially in the cases of child birth and unprecedented accidents. He assured the public for constant availability of medical staffs for rendering health services for the people of the area at any time. He also disclosed among the public about the plan and programmes for developing the whole of India under the able leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modiji. He also felt about the necessity of improvements in the field of education and security related issues.
Debolal Gorlosa, CEM, NCHAC in his speech, started with Juthai rajirao (namasker in dimasa language) to all that he will try to convert in reality for the development and prosperity of public in Dima Hasao district in allrespect with the support of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam Sarbananda Sonowal and Finance Minister, Himanta Biswa Sarmah with the concept of making India developed country. Under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime minister of India, Narendra Modiji. He expressed his view that the public representatives are formed by people and that is why their duty should be to render their services for the wellbeing and prosperity of people not for just remaining as a Boss in front of the public. They have to keep themselves in touch with the public at any time and not to remain away from public by roaming in foreign countries and expending money meaninglessly. He assured the people to keep himself in touch with them. He also felt about the necessity of mobile tower and electricity current supply in the area and assured the public to take initiatives about matter for early solution.
Ranu Langthasa, Chairperson of NCHAC, Biswajit Daulagupu, local public representative, Subrata Thaosen and other Ems of NCHAC gave speeches in dimasa language on the objectives of the programme in detail. For development of rural areas of Dima Hasao under the concept that without development of rural area to develop India perfectly as meaningless dream. They also talked about the changing policies of government he also invited the people of the areas to attend council foundation day on 29/4/17. They requested the people to keep cooperation with the present ruling body of NCHAC for all-round development of Land and people of the district irrespective of caste, creed, religion and Language.The programme was also attended by Thaisodao Thaosen, Fleming Shylla Rupsi, Iheungbe Panme, Paudaming Nriame EMs, and Ajoy Chakraborty, MDC, NCHAC, Haflong, Ramesh Thaosen, Principal Secretary, N C Hills Autonomous Council, Haflong, Dr (Mrs)Dipali Barman, Joint Director, Medical and Health Deparytment , Rukmini Defoesa, NHM District programme Manager, dignitaries, BJP. workers, Maujadars, Gaon Burahs of the area including a large number of local people.
