Haflong,April 20:- The launching of online application for Vahan4.0 and Sarathi4.0 under DimaHasao District Transport Office was held at Deputy Commisioner’s conference Hall, Haflong. The ceremonial programme was organised by Abdul Mazid,DTO, Haflong and the program was presided by DipakJidung, ADC. The main objective of the program was to disseminate the various difficulties in registration of vehicles learner’s licence, final driving license, transfer of vehicle ownership etc. And also to terminate the time consuming processby introducingthe digitalised system.
DipakJidung,ADC in his short speech at the programthanked Abdul Mazid,DTO,DimaHasao for active initiatives taken by him in a few days of his taking over charge as DTO.He also asked to introduce smartcard in DimaHasao in near future. RahulDoley,ADCi/c MVI attending program thanked the DTO for introducing digital system under Motor Vehicle department at DimaHasao and moving towards digitized India. AnantaRajkumar, Administrative Oficer ,DimaHasao District Administration also thanked the DTO staff, District and State National Information centre for their contributions in implementing the digitalised system under Motor Vehicle Department,Haflong The program was attended by official and staff of district administration, staff of District level National Information Centre, media person and beneficiaries . The p[program ended with a vote of thanks by Abdul Mazid, DimaHasao district Motor Vehicle Office,Haflong.
